About
Built for the fleets
nobody builds for.
Most fleet software is designed for European logistics networks and then translated. QuamBase was built where it is used — for operators running Indian roads, Indian tolls, Indian paperwork and drivers who will never open an app.
A cheetah doesn’t run at one animal and hope. It reads the ground, prices every line across it, and commits to the one that costs least. That is what a fleet system should do.
Why the animal
Speed is the least interesting thing about it.
A cheetah is famous for being fast, and that is the wrong lesson. Its actual advantage is that it decides before it commits. It reads the ground, prices every line across it, discards the ones that cost too much, and spends its energy on exactly one.
A fleet has the same problem and usually solves it the opposite way — commit first, discover the cost afterwards, absorb the difference. Everything in QuamBase follows from inverting that order.
What we believe
Three positions, held firmly.
The record must be a by-product of the work. Any system that asks an operator to enter data twice will be abandoned, correctly.
Drivers should not have to change. If the software requires a smartphone habit your drivers do not have, the software is the problem.
A number without its arithmetic is a rumour. Every figure QuamBase shows can be opened to reveal what produced it.
