Pricing
One month to prove it.
Then one price a year.
Start on the live system with your own records already migrated in. After that the fleet is priced once a year — by how many vehicles and drivers you run, and by what has to be wired into the providers you already work with.

Custom Fleet
What sits above the annual pack.
Two kinds of work. Connections, so the record fills itself instead of being typed in twice — payments, BPCL fuel cards, GPS and FASTag, each transaction landing against the trip that incurred it. And the documents that expire: insurance, driver licences and fitness certificates held against the vehicle and the driver they belong to, arranged by expiry date rather than by filing date, so a lapse is caught before a checkpoint catches it. Both are built against your providers and your process, which is why Custom Fleet is quoted rather than listed.
Pricing questions
The awkward ones.
What does the ₹1,500 trial month include?
A month on the live system, with your existing records migrated in before you start — so you are testing it against your own operation rather than a demo dataset. Migration is part of the ₹1,500, not a separate line.
What happens after the trial month?
You take the annual pack that matches the fleet: Mini Fleet if you run under ten vehicles and under ten drivers, Custom Fleet if you are past either number, or need the integrations and document tracking.
We run eleven vehicles. Which pack is that?
Custom Fleet. Mini Fleet is capped at under ten vehicles and under ten drivers; cross either line and the pack no longer fits, whichever line you crossed.
What does Custom Fleet add?
Two things. Connections to what you already run on — payments, BPCL fuel cards, GPS and FASTag — so their data lands against the trip without anyone re-entering it. And the paperwork that expires: vehicle insurance, driver licences and fitness certificates, tracked per vehicle and per driver. Mini Fleet has neither, which is what keeps it at ₹60,000.
Why is Custom Fleet a starting price?
Because it is scoped, not shipped. ₹1.5 lakh a year is the floor; what sits above it depends on which providers have to be connected, how much document tracking you need, and how much of the system is built around your process.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export everything — trips, ledgers, invoices, masters — as CSV and PDF, at any time, without asking us. There is no exit fee and no retention period. It was never our data.
