Integrations
It reads what you
already run.
Nobody replaces their telematics, their fuel card and their accounting package to try a fleet system. QuamBase takes feeds from all three and gives your accountant back the format they already work in.
TELEMATICS
GPS & vehicle tracking
Position, ignition and odometer feeds from the common Indian telematics vendors, plus a generic protocol adapter for whatever else is bolted under your dashboards. Used for idle detection and route confidence — never a precondition.
TOLLS
FASTag
Toll transactions pulled per vehicle and matched to the trip that incurred them. This is what makes toll cost a real input to route resistance rather than an estimate.
FUEL
Fuel cards & bunk accounts
Card statements imported and reconciled against trips and tanks, so a fill that does not correspond to a movement is flagged the same day rather than at audit.
ACCOUNTS
Tally & Zoho Books
Invoices, fuel entries and driver settlements export on a schedule you set. Your accountant keeps their ledger, their formats and their habits — they simply stop typing.
STATUTORY
GST & e-way bill
E-way bills generated from the trip record with GSTIN, HSN, distance and vehicle already in place. Extensions and vehicle updates handled from the same screen that runs dispatch.
DRIVERS
WhatsApp Business
The committed route reaches the driver as a message. A photo of the POD, the weighbridge ticket or the diesel slip closes the leg. No app to install, no password to forget.
Everything else
REST API and scheduled exports
If you run an ERP, a customer portal or a BI stack, QuamBase exposes trips, ledgers, invoices and masters over a documented REST API with token auth. Webhooks fire on trip close, invoice raise and reconciliation exception.
Where an API is more than you need, every dataset can be scheduled out as CSV to SFTP or email on whatever cadence your finance team keeps.
Integration reality check
You do not need any of these to start.
A fleet with no telematics, no fuel card and a paper ledger can run QuamBase from day one using the WhatsApp flow alone. Integrations sharpen the numbers; they are not the price of entry. Most fleets connect FASTag and their accounting package first, and leave the rest for the second quarter.
